Stephen Ritchie, 43, from Brentford, northwest London, died when a fight broke out at the final whistle of a match in Harlington, Hayes, on Sunday.
Darren Forwood, 20, of Frays Avenue, West Drayton, west London, was charged with murder.
Both men will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning.
Brandon Thompson, 20, of Widmore Road, Hillingdon, west London, was charged with actual bodily harm, Scotland Yard said.
Mr Ritchie died after his team won an away match 4-3 against Kingshill Town in the Hayes and District Sunday Football League Division One.
The game was played near Chelsea's old training ground, which is now used by Championship side QPR.
